Please read this page carefully. By accessing and using the Web Site, you accept and agree to be bound, without modification, limitation or qualification, by the Terms. The Company may, at its sole discretion, modify or revise the Terms at any time by updating the text of this page. You are bound by any such modification or revision and should therefore visit this page periodically to review the Terms.
www.investiaprop.com offers services to you, the "User/client ", conditioned on your agreement to adhere to the following Terms of Use without modification of any kind. Your registration with www.investiaprop.com and/or use of www.investiaprop.com's services constitutes your agreement to these Terms of Use. These Terms of Use are subject to change at any time, without prior notice. You are responsible for reviewing these Terms of Use on a regular basis.
These terms and conditions ("Agreement") sets forth the general terms and conditions of your use of the investiaprop.com website ("Website" or "Service") and any of its related products and services (collectively, "Services"). This Agreement is legally binding between you ("User", "you" or "your") and this Website operator ("Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). By accessing and using the Website and Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. 1. Accounts and membership
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Website and Services. If you create an account on the Website, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and you are fully responsible for all activities that occur under the account and any other actions taken in connection with it. If we delete your account for the foregoing reasons, you may not re-register for our Services. We may block your email address and Internet protocol address to prevent further registration.
2. Your Account
2.1 Extent of services
The extent of the service(s) or product(s) to which you may have access to, will be dependent on your purchase of said item and the terms of that item at the time of purchase, in addition to the respective and timely payment of fees for said item to INVéSTIA Properties Stamataki & Cο L.P. Real Estate | Premium Property Services company.
2.2 Eligibility
In order to purchase any of INVéSTIA Properties Stamataki & Cο L.P. Real Estate | Premium Property Services company's services or products you must:
be at least eighteen (18) years old and able to enter in to contracts;
complete the sign up processagree to our terms of use and also where applicable and specific service(s) and/or product(s) terms of use.
provide true, complete and up to date contact information.
By purchasing and using INVéSTIA Properties Stamataki & Cο L.P. Real Estate | Premium Property Services company's service(s) and/or product(s), you represent and warrant that you meet all the requirements listed above.
INVéSTIA Properties Stamataki & Cο L.P. Real Estate | Premium Property Services company's may refuse service, close accounts of any users, and change eligibility requirements at any time. Any changes to our terms of use will be updated on this page here.
2.3 Term
The term begins when you start using our website or in relation to our paid for service(s) or product(s) when you first make payment or sign up which ever is the earliest.
It continues as long as you use our service.
Signing up to any of our service(s) or product(s) means that you have officially "signed" the terms. If you sign up on behalf of a company or other entity, you represent and warrant that you have the authority to accept these terms of their behalf.
2.4 Closing Your Account
You or INVéSTIA Properties Stamataki & Cο L.P. Real Estate | Premium Property Services company's may terminate your account and your agreement at any time and for any reason by giving notice to the other party. We may suspend our service to you at anytime, with or without cause. If we terminate your account without cause, we'll refund you a prorated portion of your service or product fee as outlined in our refund terms. We won't refund or reimbuse you if there is a cause, due to a fault of your actions or inactions. Like a violation in on our terms of use. Once terminated we may permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it. If you don't login to your account for 12 or more months, we may treat your account as "inactive" and permanently delete your account and all the data associated with it.
2.5 Account & Password
You are responsible for keeping your account name and password confidential. You are also responsible for any account that you have access to, whether or not you made the initial purchase. You promise not to share your account login details or content. You will promise to immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your accounts. We're not responsible for any losses due to stolen or hacked passwords. We don't have access to your current password, and for security reasons, we may only reset your password.
2.6 Links to other resources
Although the Website and Services may link to other resources (such as websites, mobile applications, etc.), we are not, directly or indirectly, implying any approval, association, sponsorship, endorsement, or affiliation with any linked resource, unless specifically stated herein. We are not responsible for examining or evaluating, and we do not warrant the offerings of, any businesses or individuals or the content of their resources. We do not assume any responsibility or liability for the actions, products, services, and content of any other third parties. You should carefully review the legal statements and other conditions of use of any resource which you access through a link on the Website and Services. Your linking to any other off-site resources is at your own risk.
3. Subscriptions; Charges on Your Billing Account.
3.1 General.
www.investiaprop.com bills you through an online account (your "Billing Account") for use of the Service. You agree to pay www.investiaprop.com all charges at the prices then in effect for any use of the Service by you or other persons (including your agents) using your Billing Account, and you authorize www.investiaprop.com to charge your chosen payment provider (your "Payment Method") for the Service. You agree to make payment using that selected Payment Method. www.investiaprop.com reserves the right to correct any errors or mistakes that it makes even if it has already requested or received payment.
3.2 Recurring Billing.
Most subscription plans to the Service consist of an initial period, for which there is a one time charge, followed by recurring period charges as agreed to by you. By entering into this Agreement, you acknowledge that your subscription has an initial and recurring payment feature and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation, which is required to be received by office no later than 10 days prior to next payment due date.. www.investiaprop.com MAY SUBMIT PERIODIC CHARGES (E.G., MONTHLY, QUATERLY, SEMI-ANNUAL, AND ANNUAL) WITHOUT FURTHER AUTHORIZATION FROM YOU, UNTIL YOU PROVIDE PRIOR NOTICE (CONFIRMED IN WRITING UPON REQUEST BY www.investiaprop.com) THAT YOU HAVE TERMINATED THIS AUTHORIZATION OR WISH TO CHANGE YOUR PAYMENT METHOD. SUCH NOTICE WILL NOT AFFECT CHARGES SUBMITTED BEFORE www.investiaprop.com REASONABLY COULD ACT.
3.3 Current Information Required.
YOU MUST PROVIDE CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE INFORMATION FOR YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT. YOU MUST PROMPTLY UPDATE ALL INFORMATION TO KEEP YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT CURRENT, COMPLETE AND ACCURATE (SUCH AS A CHANGE IN BILLING ADDRESS, CREDIT CARD NUMBER, OR CREDIT CARD EXPIRATION DATE), AND YOU MUST PROMPTLY NOTIFY www.investiaprop.com IF YOUR PAYMENT METHOD IS CANCELED (E.G., FOR LOSS OR THEFT) OR IF YOU BECOME AWARE OF A POTENTIAL BREACH OF SECURITY, SUCH AS THE UNAUTHORIZED DISCLOSURE OR USE OF YOUR USER NAME OR PASSWORD. IF YOU FAIL TO PROVIDE www.investiaprop.com ANY OF THE FOREGOING INFORMATION, YOU AGREE THAT www.investiaprop.com MAY CONTINUE CHARGING YOU FOR ANY USE OF THE SERVICE UNDER YOUR BILLING ACCOUNT UNLESS YOU HAVE TERMINATED YOUR SUBSCRIPTION FOR THE SERVICE (CONFIRMED BY YOU IN WRITING UPON REQUEST BY www.investiaprop.com).
3.4 Payment Method.
For its services www.investiaprop.com will receive payment including, but not limited to a credit card, money order check, e check, cashier check, certified check, Visa, Master Card, American Express, and Discover. Your registration with www.investiaprop.com and use of www.investiaprop.com services constitutes your acknowledgment of, and agreement to, this compensation arrangement. The terms of your payment will be based on your Payment Method and may be determined by agreements between you and the financial institution, credit card issuer or other provider of your chosen Payment Method (the "Payment Method Provider"). If www.investiaprop.com does not receive payment from your Payment Method Provider, you agree to pay all amounts due on your Billing Account upon demand.
3.5 Change in Amount Authorized.
If the amount to be charged to your Billing Account varies from the amount you preauthorized (other than due to the imposition or change in the amount of state sales taxes), you have the right to receive, and www.investiaprop.com shall provide, notice of the amount to be charged and the date of the charge at least 10 days before the scheduled date of the transaction. Any agreement you have with your Payment Method Provider will govern your use of your Payment Method. You agree that www.investiaprop.com may accumulate charges incurred and submit them as one or more aggregate charges during or at the end of each billing cycle.
3.6 Auto-renewal.
Your www.investiaprop.com subscription will be automatically extended for successive renewal periods of the same duration as the subscription term originally selected, at the then-current non-promotional subscription rate. If you resign, you may use your subscription until the end of your then-current subscription term; your subscription will not be renewed after your then-current term expires. However, you won't be eligible for a prorated refund of any portion of the subscription fee paid for the then-current subscription period.
3.7 Reaffirmation of Authorization.
Your non-termination or continued use of the Service reaffirms that www.investiaprop.com is authorized to charge your Payment Method. www.investiaprop.com may submit those charges for payment and you will be responsible for such charges. This does not waive www.investiaprop.com right to seek payment directly from you. Your charges may be payable in advance, in arrears, per usage, or as otherwise described when you initially subscribed to the Service.
3.8 Promotions.
Any promotion that provides subscriber-level access to the Service must be used within the specified time of the promotion. You must cancel your subscription 10 days prior to the next payment due date in order to avoid being charged a subscription fee. If you cancel prior to the end of the promotion period and are inadvertently charged for a subscription, please contact Customer Service.
3.9 Cancellation.
Either party may elect to cancel this agreement at any time, providing the following: www.investiaprop.com may elect to terminate this agreement at any time if it is deemed warranted due to payment default. www.investiaprop.com will notify Subscriber of such intent and provide a grace period of not less than 10 days for Subscriber to have the opportunity to remedy the situation. In the event that Subscriber fails to remedy the situation within the allotted time frame, www.investiaprop.com shall reserve the right to remove the listing created for Subscriber from the database. In the event that Subscriber wishes to terminate this agreement, the cancellation procedure must be initiated no later than 10 days prior to the end of their current term through their client login which can be received via our customer service department Monday through Friday between 8:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m. The Customer Service must assist Subscriber through the cancellation process and will send an e-mail containing a unique URL (link) that can be accessed only for 24 hours. That URL (link) will open a special cancellation page attached to Subscriber's account. If Subscriber completes the cancellation procedure, services will be discontinued at the end of the billing period. Failure to take any action will automatically prolong the contract and Subscriber will be responsible for the upcoming periodic charge and will not be entitled to a refund of any portion thereof.
4. Featured Vendors
From time to time INVéSTIA Properties Stamataki & Cο L.P. Exclusive Real Estate | Premium Property Services may include on its www.investiaprop.com site, third party services such as a Moving Center, Architecture Offices or a Home Improvement Center.
www.investiaprop.com posts these services on its site as a service to its User/clients who may be interested in such services. www.investiaprop.com is not responsible for and makes no warranty or representation as to the quality or performance of the services offered. www.investiaprop.com advises all user/clients to review carefully each third party service offering prior to engagement with any third party service provider.
5. Modification Of www.investiaprop.com Services
www.investiaprop.com reserves the right at any time to modify or discontinue any service or a portion or attribute thereof, or the offering of any information, good, content, product or service with or without notice to any User/client . Your continued use of the website or any service after the posting of any amended Terms of Use shall constitute your agreement to be bound by any such changes. www.investiaprop.com shall not be liable to any User/client or any third party should www.investiaprop.com exercise its right to modify or discontinue service.
6. Obligations of Home Buyer/Sellers Registered with www.investiaprop.com
By completing your registration with www.investiaprop.com as a potential Home Buyer or Home Seller, you agree that:
6.1 You are of legal age and are otherwise capable of forming a legally binding contract;
6.2 You are interested in purchasing/selling property or both;
6.3 You are interested in purchasing/selling property located in Greece;
6.4 You do not have an exclusive contractual or other arrangement with any Real Estate Professional;
6.5 You agree to be contacted via e-mail or other means by www.investiaprop.com, and by third parties for services you have requested;
6.6 www.investiaprop.com may request, receive, copy and review your real property transaction and/or settlement documents;
6.7 You represent that you are not licensed as a real estate agent or broker;
7. Prohibited uses
In addition to other terms as set forth in the Agreement, you are prohibited from using the Website and Services or Content:
(a) for any unlawful purpose; (b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts; (c) to violate any international, federal, provincial or state regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances; (d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others; (e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability; (f) to submit false or misleading information; (g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet; (h) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape; (i) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or (j) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Website and Services, third party products and services, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Website and Services for violating any of the prohibited uses.
8. Intellectual property rights
"Intellectual Property Rights" means all present and future rights conferred by statute, common law or equity in or in relation to any copyright and related rights, trademarks, designs, patents, inventions, goodwill and the right to sue for passing off, rights to inventions, rights to use, and all other intellectual property rights, in each case whether registered or unregistered and including all applications and rights to apply for and be granted, rights to claim priority from, such rights and all similar or equivalent rights or forms of protection and any other results of intellectual activity which subsist or will subsist now or in the future in any part of the world. This Agreement does not transfer to you any intellectual property owned by the Operator or third parties, and all rights, titles, and interests in and to such property will remain (as between the parties) solely with the Operator. All trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services, are trademarks or registered trademarks of the Operator or its licensors. Other trademarks, service marks, graphics and logos used in connection with the Website and Services may be the trademarks of other third parties. Your use of the Website and Services grants you no right or license to reproduce or otherwise use any of the Operator or third party trademarks.

Some states do not allow the limitation of liability, so the foregoing limitation may not always apply.
14. Errors and delays
www.investiaprop.com is not responsible for any errors or delays in responding to a qualification form, or contact form caused by an incorrect e-mail address provided by you or other technical problems beyond our reasonable control.
15. Dispute resolution
Any claim or controversy arising out of or relating to the use of www.investiaprop.com's services, to the goods or services provided by www.investiaprop.com, or to any acts or omissions for which you may contend www.investiaprop.com is liable, including but not limited to any claim or controversy ("Dispute"), shall be finally, and exclusively, settled by a Court in Rethymno, Crete, Greece. Under no circumstances may the venue be changed. You agree that regardless of any statute or law to the contrary, any claim or cause of action arising out of or related to use of this Site or this Agreement must be filed within one (1) month after such claim or cause of action arose or be forever barred.
16. Other terms
These Terms of Use shall be subject to and construed in accordance with the civil code laws of the Hellenic Republic, without regard to its
conflict of laws principles. If any part of these Terms of User/client are determined to be invalid or unenforceable pursuant to applicable law including, but not limited to, the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations set forth above, then the invalid or unenforceable provision will be deemed superseded by a valid enforceable provision that most closely matches the intent of the original provision, and the remainder of the Agreement shall continue in effect. A printed version of this Agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form. All rights not expressly granted herein are reserved to www.investiaprop.com.
17. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will the Operator, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers or licensors be liable to any person for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, cover or consequential damages (including, without limitation, damages for lost profits, revenue, sales, goodwill, use of content, impact on business, business interruption, loss of anticipated savings, loss of business opportunity) however caused, under any theory of liability, including, without limitation, contract, tort, warranty, breach of statutory duty, negligence or otherwise, even if the liable party has been advised as to the possibility of such damages or could have foreseen such damages. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the aggregate liability of the Operator and its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors relating to the services will be limited to an amount greater of one dollar or any amounts actually paid in cash by you to the Operator for the prior one month period prior to the first event or occurrence giving rise to such liability. The limitations and exclusions also apply if this remedy does not fully compensate you for any losses or fails of its essential purpose.
18. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold the Operator and its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers and licensors harmless from and against any liabilities, losses, damages or costs, including reasonable attorneys' fees, incurred in connection with or arising from any third party allegations, claims, actions, disputes, or demands asserted against any of them as a result of or relating to your Content, your use of the Website and Services or any willful misconduct on your part.
19. Severability
All rights and restrictions contained in this Agreement may be exercised and shall be applicable and binding only to the extent that they do not violate any applicable laws and are intended to be limited to the extent necessary so that they will not render this Agreement illegal, invalid or unenforceable. If any provision or portion of any provision of this Agreement shall be held to be illegal, invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, it is the intention of the parties that the remaining provisions or portions thereof shall constitute their agreement with respect to the subject matter hereof, and all such remaining provisions or portions thereof shall remain in full force and effect.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply to this Agreement.
